Community colleges can compete for money from a two billion dollar fund to&amp;nbsp;serve students online, provided that they make all course materials publicly available forever. Efforts are being made to include&amp;nbsp;college credit for these courses.&amp;nbsp;Read about this developing program to make higher education more accessible to everyone.</description>
